You’re navigating a major life change, and it’s affecting more than you expected.

bIg Changes can leave you feeling untethered, even when they’re changes you wanted.

Life transitions can be exciting, meaningful, and deeply challenging, all at the same time.

Perhaps you’re graduating from college, starting a new career, becoming a parent, ending a relationship, moving to a new city, or questioning who you are in this next season of life. Even positive changes can bring unexpected stress, anxiety, grief, and self-doubt.

You may find yourself feeling stuck between who you were and who you’re becoming. Maybe your usual coping strategies no longer seem to work. Perhaps you’re overwhelmed by uncertainty, struggling with a loss of direction, or carrying the pressure of having everything figured out.

At times, it can feel like everyone else is moving forward while you’re simply trying to find your footing.

You want to feel grounded and confident again, but right now, you’re not quite sure how to move forward.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and deeply self-aware. Yet during major life changes, they often feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about who they are and where they’re headed next.

They don't necessarily need someone to tell them what to do; they need a space to slow down, make sense of what’s changing, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Common Life Transitions

Career & Professional Changes – Navigating a new job, career uncertainty, burnout, job loss, or questioning your professional path while trying to balance expectations, ambition, and personal fulfillment.

Identity & Life Direction – Feeling disconnected from yourself, unsure of what you want next, or struggling to make decisions as you move into a new season of life.

Relationships & Changing Roles – Adjusting to marriage, parenthood, an empty nest, shifting friendships, caregiving responsibilities, or other changes that impact how you see yourself and your relationships.

Grief, Loss & Unexpected Change – Coping with breakups, moves, health changes, infertility, or other unexpected transitions that bring feelings of sadness, uncertainty, and a loss of stability.

Here’s what we’ll do together

Together, we’ll explore how this transition is affecting your sense of self, make sense of the emotions that accompany change, and develop the insight and tools you need to move through this season with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

Life transitions can leave you questioning things you once felt certain about. A career change, graduation, becoming a parent, moving, a breakup, or entering a new stage of adulthood can unexpectedly bring feelings of grief, anxiety, loneliness, or self-doubt.

Even when change is welcome, it often requires us to let go of old roles, routines, relationships, or versions of ourselves.

Therapy can provide a space to slow down, understand what this transition means to you, and reconnect with who you are becoming, not just who you’ve been.

Together, we’ll explore the patterns, beliefs, and expectations that may be making this season feel overwhelming or keeping you stuck.

Whether you’re struggling with uncertainty, feeling disconnected from yourself, navigating a difficult decision, or adjusting to a major life change, therapy can help you gain clarity, strengthen your coping skills, and move forward in a way that feels authentic and aligned with your values.

You don't have to navigate this chapter feeling lost, behind, or pressured to have everything figured out.

At the end of the day, I want you to know:

Life transitions can be uncomfortable, but they can also be opportunities to reconnect with yourself and create a life that feels more authentic.

What we’ll work on

Imagine a life where…

  • You trust yourself to make decisions without becoming stuck in overthinking, self-doubt, or fear of making a mistake.

  • You feel grounded and resilient even when life feels uncertain or outside of your control.

  • You have a clearer understanding of who you are, what matters to you, and the direction you want your life to take.

  • You approach new chapters with confidence, self-compassion, and a sense of possibility instead of overwhelm or fear.

Change is possible.

You deserve confidence and clarity.
